According to answer.com,Secondary Shelf Life simply means, refers to the amount of time a product may be used once OPENED. Jadi, dalam kata lain, jangka hayat sesuatu produk setelah dibuka. Contohnya, Mayonnaise, you bought it yesterday and open it, that moment where the secondary shelf-life of your mayonnaise start. But,how many days? Why Secondary Shelf Life is so important? "Saya makan saja tu barang, tiada juga apa-apa,itu kicap entah berapa lama sudah disana,masih juga sedap" So, here I want to share you a littel information on this Secondary Shelf Life.

When foods or any perishable goods that we opened, with other factors such as expose to light,moisture,transmission of gasses and etc, will eventually contaminated (tu kuman merebak) by bacteria. Diaorang akan mula berkampung di makanan kita jika dbiarkan terlampau lama and will lead to FOOD POISONING. So, I have gather some information that we can take note and use at our own home in order to prevent food poisoning!

So,you guys, I will share more on further information on this Secondary Shelf Life like canned foods , vegetables and etc once I get the info. At the meantime, it is important for us, not just eat like a King but food safety also needs to be our priority as well.

Recently, I start to addicted to this shave ice, like an ABC but high-end ABC,  hail from Korea, the famous Bingsu.  I have tried all Bingsu (only green tea flavor) in KK (maybe a lot out there not yet being explored) and love it. But here is my thought and review which outlet produced better Bingsu! Ini just my opinion la arrrr....lain org lain dia punya lidah -)

NO 3. Bingsu by Beans & Beans

Now, Bingsu will be much better if the ice is soft and tender, kalo yang kasar kasar mcm kertas pasir, not really nice. The portion is large and red beans on the top tambah lagi green tea ice-cream memang berbaloi. But however, the ice not that soft and cepat seja melebur (mcm hatiku merasa icenya). The price, affordable and within market price.

NO 2 : Bingsu by Caffe Bene

I love the peanuts ! This is the first bingsu that I ever tried and I like the mixture of peanuts cuma tu kadai da lokek sikit, mau kasi tambah bah tu peanut dia, baru ngam. I love the cream on top and red beans beneath. Siuk nampak dia jatuh melting pelan-pelan. The portion wise not that there yet as it is smaller than other bingsu and the price is within the affordable typical bingsu price. Peanut dia win ! 

NO 1 : Bingsu by NUNPAT

First time I heard the name mcm nama resturant milik perempuan Thai yang ada laki dia org Korea, Why Nunpat's Green tea bingsu is favourite of all bingsu, because of the ice, it is soft compare to the rest. The smell and the test is really like green tea. You know when foods is really good, you keep on saying " Punyala sedap , adui na..., astaga, sedapnya". That's my reaction towards Nunpat's Green Tea Bingsu! The portion and the price reasonable enough although quite the above of other competitors. 

So, there you go my list of the best Bingsu in KK ! Obviously, I am not like a pro-food critics and never my intention to be one of those This is based my opinion and personal taste.
