MUM'S FAVORITE SWEET VEGE FRITTERS

When I was a kid, like 10 years old, I always cook something for my family especially for my mum as she is so into my cooking. Regardless whether is tasty or not, my mum will finish it till the last piece. Yes, she did. One of the few snacks that I've learnt and cook during my childhood is vege fritter. It's also one my favorite.When I'm on my own now, i still doing it, as it is so easy and delicious. (caution !-not healthy, but hey...you still alive though).
What you need basically you can find anywhere in supermarket or dry store :
1. White Flour
2. Salt
3. Sugar
4. Sweet vegetable
5. Cooking oil
To elevate the vege fritters , i also mix with
4. Hot dog !
How to make it, follow this simple steps :
1. Mix flour with water (normal temperature), pour it slowly as you mix it together until it turn thick batter.
2. Put some salt and sugar , make sure you taste it. It should be salty yet sweet. Like Ellen De Generes.
3. Chop you sweet vegetable. Remember, vegetable should be 40% of your total batter. Mix it together and don't put too much.
4. Heat you frying pan to medium heat and pour cooking oil. Make sure it is hot !
5. Use you batter spoon or pitcher and just pour little bit according to you favorable size. You want super thin like paratha, also can, you want small like a baby fist, also can, it is up to you.
6.Fry it, until it's turn to golden-yellowish color.
7.Serve with mayonnaise or any sauces you can think of.
